Start by cooking the leeks and bok choy. I
have used onions and spinach before. When cooked remove from pan
place chicken in pan a teaspoon of water and cover. Continue for
a minute and then put on the cheese cover for 30 seconds then
add leeks and bok choy cover turn off heat. Using a Sara Lee
wheat bun. Mayonnaise on one side BBQ sauce on other.I used
John Henrys Mojave Garlic Pepper on the leeks when cooking. |
